Our application process
1. Initial Introduction
After carefully reviewing your application, we will invite you for a brief phone call. The goal is to get to know each other and gain an initial impression of one another. We want to answer any questions you might have and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
2. Video Call
In this next step, we want to get to know you better and answer any questions you might have. The objective is for you to get a feel for the working culture at iDIGMA, and for us to learn more about your skills and aspirations. It’s an exchange on equal terms, where we mutually assess if we’re the right match.
3. Office Visit
If the prior interactions have been positive, we’ll invite you for a personal visit to our office. You’ll have the opportunity to meet our team and experience the atmosphere at iDIGMA. We want you to feel comfortable and get a glimpse of our working style and environment. During this visit, a case study will also be presented to demonstrate your problem-solving skills. However, the main focus is for you to truly feel our working ambiance.
4. Welcome to the Team!
If everything aligns and you feel at home with us, we’d love to welcome you to our iDIGMA team! You’ll soon receive an invitation to officially become part of our team and collaborate with us on exciting projects.
